Most of us cannot even begin to comprehend the pain he has endured. In the past 3 years, Okanagan philanthropist Tom Budd has lost two children to suicide. Some people may try to cope with such tragedy by not talking about it. But as Travis Lowe reports, Budd is taking the opposite approach, by encouraging all of us to talk about mental health and to do it every day.
