Lake Country has been hit hard by this year's forest fire season. Eight homes were destroyed by flames last month. So it's understandable that residents are a little on edge. Today people living in one neighborhood are breathing a sigh of relief after a potentially dangerous fire that broke out close to homes was quickly extinguished.
