It's been a tough start to the summer season in the Okanagan---flood waters have restricted our access to beaches and lakes up and down the valley. Now we've learned that the unprecedented high waters have led to the cancellation of what many consider to be the highlight of Canada day celebrations in Kelowna -- the fireworks. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the timing couldn't be worse as the nation celebrates an important milestone.
