Annual campaign launched to help reduce the number of animals put at risk by being left in hot cars

It is a message that’s delivered time and time again, yet people continue to put their animals at risk. With the weather heating up, the BC-SPCA is kicking off its “Hot Pets, Not Cool” campaign–urging pet owners not to leave their animals in hot cars. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, despite the on-going awareness efforts, The SPCA and RCMP continue fielding hundreds of calls every year of animals left in potentially dangerous situations.
