International event at Okanagan ski resort

It is the site of a high-caliber, international event. Big White is hosting the 2017 World Para Snowboard Championships this week. The week-long event has brought to the Okanagan 65 athletes from 18 different countries. Following Wednesday’s opening ceremonies, the snowboarders hit the slopes today training for this weekend's big race. Klaudia Van Emmerik was there.
