City dismantles Vernon homeless camps

After warning homeless campers earlier this month they had five days to move on, the City of Vernon has moved to dismantle two homeless camps this week. The city says it's an issue of health and safety and campers should move to available shelter spaces. But as Megan Turcato reports, the displaced campers say simply cleaning up the sites is not a solution.
