Sugar Lake wildfire evacuation

July 24, 2024
The large Sitkum Creek wildfire is burning its way towards Sugar Lake in the north Okanagan near Cherryville. And as our Ben Low-On reports, Residents on the east side of the lake were told to leave late Tuesday afternoon while residents living on the west side of Sugar Lake are preparing for the worst in case they are told to leave on a moment's notice.
