It will be next year before former Calgary Mayor Jyoti Gondek gets her phones back, after a judge ruled police can keep them as part of an investigation into municipal corruption.

According to city administration, an additional 247 properties across Calgary could be exempt from the repeal of citywide rezoning and retain their higher density zoning.
