Two people are dead after a collision in Caledon, Ont., police say.
Ontario Provincial Police said just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, officers received a report of a collision on Airport Road near Charleston Sideroad.
Officers said both drivers – the sole occupants of the vehicles — were pronounced deceased at the scene.
OPP said Airport Road is closed from Highway 9 to Charleston Sideroad.
“The closure will remain in place for several hours while the investigation continues,” officers wrote in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Updates to be shared when available.”
