Police say a motorcycle rider is dead following a late afternoon crash in north Hamilton, Ont.
Investigators revealed the coming together of a Dodge Caravan and a Kawasaki bike just before 5 p.m. at Concession Road 5 and Centre Road near Joe Sams Park in the Waterdown North area.

The 32-year-old male rider from Burlington was pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
The driver of the Dodge, a 37 year old non-Canadian resident, was not seriously injured, remained at the scene and is co-operating with investigators.
Traffic along a stretch of Concession was closed for hours amid an investigation.
This crash is the 6th traffic fatality of 2023 and 3rd involving a motorcycle.
