SASKATOON – A driver in Saskatoon was pepper-sprayed Tuesday evening after he pulled over to offer assistance to a man.
The driver was heading southbound on Avenue B North near 38th Street around 10 p.m. when he was flagged by the man.

He then pepper-sprayed the driver when he stopped and fled.
A canine track was unsuccessful in locating the suspect who is described as Caucasian, in his 20’s and wearing a black jacket.

The driver was treated at the scene by paramedics.
Police are also trying to determine the motive behind the attack.
