Nova Scotia reports no new coronavirus cases Friday; 3 active cases remain

There are still three active cases of the novel coronavirus in Nova Scotia as the province reported no new cases on Friday.

The QEII Health Sciences Centre’s microbiology lab completed 372 tests on Thursday.

There are no licensed long-term care homes in Nova Scotia with active cases of COVID-19.

The news comes as travel restrictions are lifted between the Atlantic provinces.

Residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island can now travel to any of the other three provinces without self-isolating for 14 days after arriving.
