UPDATE: Murder charge laid in disappearance of Humboldt, Sask. man
RCMP now say the circumstances of a man who went missing after a reported altercation at a home in Humboldt, Sask., are suspicious.
Allan Douglas Garrioch, who also goes by the last name of Glasier, was last seen leaving his residence at 3 a.m. on Tuesday with three unknown men, police said.
He was either directed or forced to leave his home with the three men, police said Thursday.
Garrioch, 20, has not had any contact family or friends since last being seen, which police said was uncharacteristic for him.
Police said they are now treating Garrioch’s disappearance as “suspicious given the circumstances involved.”
Police previously said it was uncertain if Garrioch left voluntary or not when he was first reported missing.
Garrioch is described by police as being five-foot-eight with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes. Police originally reported he had brown eyes.
Specialized RCMP units continue to investigate.
