It happened just after midnight Monday on Fraser Street near East 20th Avenue.
Police said the driver was travelling northbound on Fraser Street when they struck two pedestrians, then drove off.
The victims, a 25-year-old Surrey woman and 35-year-old Vancouver man, were both taken to hospital in serious condition.
