The now 48-year-old woman reported the assault to police in December 2018. The assault is believed to have occurred after communicating with Donlevy on a dating website.

Donlevy is currently serving time in a federal correctional centre in Prince Albert, Sask., for a previous sexual assault conviction.

On Sept. 27, 2018, a Saskatoon judge found the 50-year-old guilty of sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman after she attended a bar with Donlevy. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
