Woman charged with attempted murder after 2 stabbing incidents involving 3 men: London police

A London woman, 27, is facing charges including attempted murder following two stabbing incidents involving three victims early Friday morning.

Police say a woman with a knife was arrested near police headquarters.

All three men have since been released from hospital.

Emergency personnel went to King and Maitland streets around 5 a.m. on Friday following a 911 call. Police say they found two men with stab wounds. The victims were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Shortly after, another 911 call reported that a man had been stabbed at an address on Albert Street. The man was taken to hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to police, a woman in possession of a knife was found near police headquarters on Dundas Street near Adelaide Street.

Friday afternoon, police released an update noting that Monea Paulson has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, one count of assault with a weapon, and one count of failure to comply with recognizance.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
