SPCA staff said when the dogs were examined, they appeared to belong to someone.

They said they are concerned the dogs may have been taken from someone’s yard.

The small breed dogs, believed to be poodle/shih-tzu crosses, are between the ages of one and four.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the SPCA animal protection officer at 306-374-7387 ext. 112 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
