Police are on the hunt for suspects following a triple shooting in Etobicoke

Investigators from Toronto’s homicide unit have provided an update into the city’s 49th homicide of the year.

Shots rang out in the parking lot of Kingsview Village School on Dixon Road and Islington Avenue just after midnight Monday.

Police arrived on scene and discovered three victims, one of them suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was rushed to a local hospital but later died from his injuries.

The two others involved were also transported to hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

At a press conference earlier today, police have released a description of a suspect.

Officials are searching for a 5′ 7″ black male, in his 20’s and with a slim build.

He was last seen wearing all black clothing and fled north on York Road before entering a light coloured vehicle.
