Nova Scotia RCMP have arrested a 32-year-old man with impaired operation of a boat after a collision in Shediac Bay on Canada Day.
Police say they two boats collided, with the boat responsible for the collision fleeing the scene.

No one was injured as a result of the crash.
They later located the boat as it docked at a wharf in Gran-Barchois as it was docking, and arrested the man.

The 32-year-old was released and is scheduled to appear in court in October.
Nova Scotia RCMP are reminding boaters that if you operate any type of vehicle while impaired that you can be charged.
