Michael Bublé, who is set to release his first-ever movie, Michael Bublé: Tour Stop 148 in September, told People magazine that his hectic tour schedule can take a toll on his marriage.

“It’s very tough,” the Canadian singer revealed. “There’s so much talk about how women are forced to try to find balance in their professional life and their family life, and the truth is, it’s not said enough about men.”

Bublé disclosed that he believes men have the same issue, and further said he felt lucky to have the support of his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, with whom he shares two sons, three-year-old Noah and six-month-old Elias.

“I’ll fly back for the three weeks that she’s making a movie, I’m the babysitter, I’m Mr. Mom or whatever you call it,” Bublé said with a laugh. “So it allows us both to be fulfilled within our professional lives, but at the same time, we feel like we haven’t lost control of the balance.”

“At the end of the day, what defines us is the fact that we are parents, that we’re brothers and sisters and mom and dads and sons and daughters—not what we do,” the Haven’t Met You Yet singer said.

Bublé relied on his family’s support after undergoing vocal cord surgery this past spring, but the Grammy winner shared that the procedure is nothing but a faint memory.

“You can imagine not knowing and worrying, before. But the moment that I woke up from the surgery, the doctor told me that it wasn’t as invasive as he’d first thought and that everything was completely fine and better than expected. That was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders,” Bublé shared. “It’s funny because it’s now been a couple of months, and I don’t even think about it. Sometimes I forget I even had it done; I feel so much stronger than I did then.”
