MONTREAL – As the Bal en Blanc, an all-night electronic music festival wrapped up Monday morning, police reported making two arrests.
Two men, both in their 30s, were arrested at the Palais des Congrès on drug related offenses.

On top of the two arrests, at least 30 people required medical assistance.
The festival runs for 12 hours, from Sunday 10 p.m. to Monday 10 a.m.
