Gigi Hadid was definitely born with it. All eyes were on the model who was in Toronto celebrating Maybelline New York’s 100th Anniversary.

The blonde bombshell stunned in a Smythe white pantsuit showcasing some cleavage, a high braided bun, and white eyeliner to complete the look—birthday party ready! The 20-year-old spokesperson was thrilled to be named as the new face of Maybelline—a makeup brand she grew up with: “Doing my makeup, and dancing with the girls in the commercial, and kind of dreaming one day that I’d be on the screen, which sounds so cheesy but it’s so true.”

Hadid is joining the company of previous Maybelline spokesmodels, Adriana Lima, Christy Turlington and Jourdan Dunn. She first received the news as a Christmas present from her agent and released the news on Instagram video, surprising fans.

The model steps into this role seamlessly calling herself a beauty geek, like a “kid in a candy store” when let into the Maybelline makeup closet.

Besides landing her contract with Maybelline, Gigi has taken the modelling world by storm landing June’s cover of Australia Vogue. Not to mention the runways she dominated this year during New York, London and Paris fashion weeks.

Another runway she recently walked down was for her BFF Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour. The model was vocal about her support for the Bad Blood singer and all of her Bad Blood clique.

“I live in a great generation of girls that want to be known for supporting each other,” she says. “We want to be known as the squad goals generation.”

She reveals that working with her pals during Swift’s newest video was a blast and great experience, since it’s not often she’s on the same set at the same time with Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Cara Delevingne, Zendaya, Hailee Steinfeld, Hayley Williams, Lena Dunham, Martha Hunt, Serayah McNeill, Lily Aldridge, Karlie Kloss, Jessica Alba, Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo and Cindy Crawford!

The blonde beauty is a part of a new generation of models who wants to be a part of making “nice the new cool.”
