Jasmine King

Jasmine King joined Global Edmonton’s newsroom in August 2023.
A graduate of the radio and television program at NAIT, Jasmine grew up just north of the city in Morinville.
She began her broadcast career at Prime Time Local News in Lloydminster and then moved to Kelowna, B.C. to join Global Okanagan where she worked as a video journalist reporting on a wide variety of stories throughout the valley including wildfires, flooding, crime and more.
When she’s not working, Jasmine can be found playing sports, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time with her dog, Boomer.
