New homes in Kelowna expected to cost more due to new development cost charges

It is one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country and out of reach to many but now buying a new home in Kelowna will cost even more. City council has approved a controversial development fee that will almost certainly be passed on to the consumer. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
