A unique subdivision in Kelowna will offer 20 smaller-sized homes allowing people to leave a smaller footprint on the environment

They are said to be more and more in demand, smaller sized houses. Now a developer in Kelowna is responding to that demand by creating a unique subdivision of 20 little houses. As Klaudia vVn Emmerik reports, proponents say there are a number of benefits of living small.
