It is a necessary upgrade but a planned elevator shutdown in a Kelowna building has several residents concerned. The Oxford Apartment on KLO Road is home to many seniors, some with mobility issues. And with no access to an elevator for three days, the impact for some will go beyond just feeling stuck at home. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
