As the drug overdose crisis in this province enters its 4th year, a massive candlelight display is making its way around the Interior Health region. The health authority taking the campaign to communities hardest hit by this ongoing public health emergency - Including Penticton, Kelowna and Vernon. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, its literally shedding a light on each individual death.
