“This could likely be the toughest decision that this council has to make in the next four years”, Kelowna mayor on supportive housing for the homeless proposed for residential neighborhood.

it’s a housing project that would provide shelter to dozens currently living on the streets of Kelowna. But many of those who live on the street where it would be built are entirely opposed. The decision is weighing heavy on council, who say no matter which way they vote come the new year, many people will be unhappy. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
