Another call tonight for action to improve the safety of Penticton's downtown. It comes from the business community in the wake of a disturbing incident last week at a beauty school. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, Penticton's mayor is acknowledging the seriousness of the problems plaguing the downtown core.
