Tragedy amid Canada Day celebrations in Kelowna. While thousands of people took in the fireworks Sunday night, RCMP were busy dealing with a homicide. It happened in the city’s downtown core. And as the search for suspects gets underway, Kelowna RCMP have also put out a public appeal to help identify the victim. Kelly Hayes has our top story.
