Construction officially began today on what will be Kelowna's tallest building. The “One Water Street” project features two condo towers that will dramatically change the city's skyline. Units at the first tower went up for sale last fall and demand has been so strong, developers are now fast-tracking construction of tower number 2. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
