Okanagan Vimy veteran memorialized 100 years later

It's been a 100 years since Private James Eastwood died at Vimy Ridge. This Remembrance Day the Okanagan soldier is finally being memorialized properly. This new memorial effort was spearheaded by another local veteran who noticed something odd about Rutland's Cenotaph and pushed to get it fixed.
