A new study sheds light on the significant role regular exercise plays in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease

The numbers are staggering. There are some 800,000 Canadians living with Alzheimer’s disease or some form of dementia. Now a new research study, led by a professor at UBC-Okanagan, offers some much needed hope. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the study reveals there is a way to significantly reduce the chance of falling victim to the debilitating disease.
