A West Kelowna man is in hospital after heavy snow caused the steel building he was in to collapse on top of him. The property owner was actually checking on the sagging roof when it gave way. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it’s an important reminder of snow loads becoming heavier with warmer temperatures and the possibility of rain added to the mix.
