Global News projects Eric Bouchard has won the seat in Calgary-Lougheed for the United Conservative Party.
Calgary-Lougheed is a provincial riding located in Calgary. This riding was left vacant when former premier Jason Kenney stepped down as MLA in November last year, months after he announced his intentions to step down as leader of the United Conservative Party.
In a tweet, which also contained a statement, Kenney thanked his constituents and said he is proud of the work he has done over the years.
