Police say an RCMP plane conducted an aerial search using thermal technology on Wednesday evening and it was unsuccessful.

More aerial searches are planned for Thursday. The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team will also be diving into river that is close by. Three drone operators are also involved.

Surrounding communities are doing what they can to help. Nipawin and businesses from other areas have been sending food and supplies for volunteers.

RCMP said they will be going door-to-door in hopes of finding Frank in a residence.

“Frank is described as 4 feet tall, approximately 66 pounds, black hair and brown eyes,” police said. “He was last seen wearing Paw Patrol rubber boots, green pajamas with dinosaurs on them and a navy blue windbreaker-style jacket.”

“The Saskatchewan RCMP will continue to deploy resources to assist in this ongoing search,” police said.

Anyone with information about Frank’s whereabouts should call 911 in an emergency or the Carrot River RCMP at 306-768-1200.

Updates will be provided as they become available.
