Man bound, robbed at gunpoint in Lloydminster

LLOYDMINSTER, Alta. – A warrant has been issued for a North Battleford man after an armed robbery and forcible confinement.

On Friday afternoon, a man invited two people into his camper trailer that was parked in Lloydminster, Alta.

The two people then pulled a firearm on the man and demanded money.

A struggle ensued and the victim ended up being bound and driven to a rural area east of the city in Saskatchewan.

RCMP have now issued an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Chase Brent Hamilton.

He is wanted for forcible confinement along with several other charges.

Hamilton is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
