TO – Hundreds of people continue to protest possible U.S. military intervention in Syria.
Over the past few days, demonstrators have protested the push for a possible invasion on Syria in countries around the world—including Belgium, Lebanon and in many cities in the U.S. and Canada.

Syrian President Bashar Assad has warned there will be retaliation against the U.S. for any military strike launched in response to a chemical weapons attack.
In an interview broadcast on CBS’s “This Morning,” Assad said: “You should expect everything.”
Meantime, American Secretary of State John Kerry issued a strong rebuttal Monday to Assad’s denial of the use of chemical weapons.
Kerry told a London news conference there is very compelling evidence to the contrary.
