The homicide section has been called in to investigation a suspicious death in south Edmonton.
At about 2:15 a.m. Monday, the Edmonton Police Service said homicide investigators were called to a “trouble unknown” call in the area of 82 Avenue and 105 Street.

A man in his 20s was found in critical condition. Despite the assistance from people in the area and paramedics, police said the man died at the scene.
No further information regarding the man’s death has been released.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Friday.
