First responders say a man in his 60s suffered critical injuries Friday morning after he fell off “work equipment” in downtown Ottawa.
Ottawa police said they were called to the incident on Laurier Avenue around 9:25 a.m.
According to a spokesperson for the Ottawa Paramedic Service, the man fell off the back of a truck and sustained “critical, life-threatening injuries as a result of the fall” — including a head injury.
