A Nipawin, Sask., man accused of threatening Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Parliament Buildings is to be back in court in three weeks.
David Petersen, 52, is charged with uttering threats and is expected to enter a plea when he returns to Nipawin provincial court on April 24.
Petersen opted to defend himself during his first court appearance on March 6.

RCMP have said threats were made during a call to an employee at a Canadian government agency on Feb. 12.
Cpl. Rob King said Petersen has been released from custody.
Police have said there has been no contact between Petersen and Trudeau.
