KELOWNA, BC – Ray Siebring has a car that attracts much attention, especially when it tries to land on the runway at an international airport.
Siebring’s car was seen flying into the Kelowna International Airport Thursday morning, powered by a 200 horsepower engine fitted with a propeller and kept afloat by a parachute. The machine turns on a wire system operated by the steering wheel.
