A London man is facing various child pornography-related charges following an investigation by city police.
Members of the London Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit say they received information from the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) on Feb. 14 about someone posting images of suspected child pornography using Skype.
Police say the investigation revealed conversations between a man and multiple women from another country, where the women were encouraged to sexually assault young children and send the man photos in return for payment.
Howard Owen Milne has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and distributing child pornography.
The 33-year-old has also been charged with two counts of using telecommunications to commit criminal offences with someone underage.
Milne, who is from London, is expected to appear in London court Friday in relation to the charges.
