Candidates

NDP: Cameron Westhead (Incumbent)
UCP: Miranda Rosin
Alberta Party: Brenda Stanton
Liberal Party: Gwyneth Midgley
Independent: Dave Phillips
Alberta Independence Party: Anita Crowshoe

 

History

This is the first time the riding is in effect. A major portion of it used to be the Banff-Cochrane riding, which the NDP’s Cam Westhead held after being elected in 2015. The 2015 election ended a 44-year run of Progressive Conservative representation in Alberta.
