Four men have been sent to hospital following a crash involving four motorcycles in the Lunenburg, N.S., area. Saturday morning.
Nova Scotia RCMP say the crash happened just after 9 a.m. along Cornwall Road in the community of Union Square, which is approximately 30 kilometres northwest of Bridgewater.
Police believe the crash was a chain-reaction incident involving four motorcycles, each with one male rider.
Three men were sent to hospital with moderate injuries, according to police, and one had to be flown to hospital via LifeFlight with serious injuries.
The section of road is expected to reopen later this afternoon.

Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and take alternative routes.
