Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects accused of stealing from Cabela’s in Barrie.
According to Barrie police, on July 28, an employee at Cabela’s found several pieces of discarded security wrap, prompting a loss prevention investigation.
Police say surveillance cameras caught two suspects entering the store at around 5 p.m.
Officers say the footage shows the suspects selecting a Lowrance Fish Finder and concealing it in a bag.
According to police, the pair left the store without paying and fled the area in a red two-door sedan, possibly a Pontiac G6.
Police are now looking for a man in his early 40s, approximately five-feet-six-inches tall, with a medium build. Police say he has short blond hair and a tattoo on his left forearm. He was seen wearing a grey Under Armour hat, long-sleeve grey shirt, blue jeans and flip-flops.

Police have described the second suspect as a woman in her early 40s, approximately five-feet-five-inches tall, with a thin build. Officers say she has long brown hair and was seen wearing a grey hoodie, jean capri pants and was carrying a black purse.
