A personal support worker in Milton is accused of assaulting an elderly patient.
Halton Police say 61-year-old Susan Bentley is facing charges after an incident at the Allendale Long Term Facility, which left a 91-year-old woman with minor injuries.

As a result, Bentley has been terminated from her employment and will appear in court next month.
