TORONTO – Canadian actress Shenae Grimes and fiance Josh Beech are refusing to share too many details about their upcoming nuptials.
“It’ll be small,” Grimes told Us Weekly. “Close friends and family.”
The Toronto-born actress, who went from starring on Degrassi to five seasons on 90210, told the magazine the couple has started planning their wedding.
Beech added: “We’re keeping it close. We’re not sharing details.”
The magazine previously speculated the couple will wed in Beech’s native country, England.
Grimes, 23, and Beech, 25, announced their engagement in December after less than a year of dating.
Beech runs the fashion brand Cut & Run London. Grimes, who once interned at Fashion Television in Toronto, said she is anxious to do something new now that 90210 is coming to an end.
“I’m going to delve into things I’ve been kind of exploring for the past couple of years in the fashion world,” she told Us.
Grimes said she and Beech are made for each other. “I used to work out religiously and do yoga all the time. I have not worked out since I met him, basically. I’m like, ‘I don’t want to go to the gym when I can hang out with you!'”
