One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in eastern Saskatchewan.
The crash between two cars happened Sunday evening at the intersection of highways 16 and 651 by Theodore.
Yorkton RCMP said the woman driving one of the cars was declared dead at the scene. Her name and hometown have not been released.

The driver of the second car was taken to a Yorkton hospital with unknown injuries. There is no word on his current condition.
There was no one else in either vehicle.
Highway 16 was closed for several hours while a RCMP collision reconstructionist carried out an investigation. The highway re-opened to traffic late Sunday evening.
RCMP continue to investigate.
Theodore is roughly 290 kilometres southeast of Saskatoon.
