KENORA, Ont. – Provincial police say a boy and girl are facing charges in an animal cruelty case in Kenora, Ont.

OPP say they became aware of the video circulating online on March 26.

They say warrants on charges of cruelty to animals were issued for the two Kenora teens and the girl was arrested on April 6.

The boy was arrested Tuesday and police say both youths are scheduled to appear in court in Kenora next month.
